READINGS:
1 R : 1 SAM 9 : 1- 4, 17- 19, 10- 22 a.

Gos : MK 2 : 1 - 12.
In the first reading we read about the selection of Saul as the first king of Israel.
The person who went in search of his father's donkey was found by God to be the king.
In the gospel we have the call of Levi, i. E., Mathew as he was at his work of collecting taxes.
Should I not meditate on God's call/ selection?
Jesus in today’s gospel also gives the most universal and all time true teaching that, only if you accept that you are a sinner you can be saved!
'It is the sick that need a doctor..................
I have come to call the sinners. Not the righteous.
