Corpus Christi Church Hosts Inspiring Prayer Service Focused on Intercessory Prayer

On 18th July Corpus Christi Church conducted a compelling session aimed at enhancing knowledge on intercessory prayer. The event commenced at 2:30 pm with Br. Elias Cohelo leading a vibrant session of praise and worship, complemented by melodious singing from Br. Maxim. At 3 pm, Br. Kavan D’Souza delivered an insightful talk on the power and practice of intercessory prayers, offering valuable tips and scriptural references to enrich both personal and communal prayer life.

Following the talk, Br. Elias resumed with intercession prayers at 4:30 pm. The service reached its spiritual peak when Rev. Fr. Onil D’Souza preached about surrendering personal trials and tribulations to Jesus, encouraging attendees to find peace and serenity through faith. His sermon was followed by the benediction.

The service concluded with Rev. Fr. Onil celebrating the Holy Eucharistic Mass, after which a novena to the Infant Jesus was held, providing a fitting end to an evening of deep spiritual reflection and communal prayer.
