Miss Reshel Britney Fernandes First  prize winner at State Level in Essay Competition was felicitated by Corpus Christi Church, Moodbidri on October 02, 2022.

Miss Reshel Britney Fernandes d/o Ronald and Nancy Fernandes (both teachers) bagged the first prize at the State level in an essay competition jointly organized by East West Technology Institute, Bengaluru and Disha Bharat on the theme, ‘Swarajya Aandolana Mattu Raastrabhava Jaagarana’. Rev. Fr Onil D’Souza the Parish  Priest of Corpus Christi Church, Moodbidri felicitated her with a shawl. The guest priest Rev. Fr Anil Alfred D’Souza the director of Family Life Service Centre of Mangalore Diocese offered a bouquet of flowers. Fr Onil D’Souza on this occasion called on the children present to draw inspiration from Reshel to think out of the box instead of restricting their mind only to conventional way of scoring marks. He called on the parents and elders to encourage their children in this regard.

Mr John Menezes the Vice-President of the Parish Pastoral Council  and Mr Ronald Serrao, the Secretary; Mr Ronald Fernandes father of Reshel and large number of  parishioners were present on the occasion.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಪ್ರಭಂದ ಸ್ಪರ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಪಡೆದ ರಿಶಲ್ ಬ್ರಿಟ್ನಿ ಫೆರ್ನಾಂಡಿಸ್‍ರವರಿಗೆ ಸನ್ಮಾನ

ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಈಷ್ಟ್-ವೆಸ್ಟ್ ಟೆಕ್ನಾಲಜಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮತ್ತು ದಿಶಾ ಭಾರತ್ ಇವರು ‘ಸ್ವರಾಜ್ಯ ಆಂದೋಲನ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಭಾವ ಜಾಗರಣ’ ವಿಷಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಿದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಪ್ರಭಂದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕು. ರಿಶಲ್ ಬ್ರಿಟ್ನಿ ಫೆರ್ನಾಡಿಸ್‍ರವರು ಪ್ರಥಮ ಸ್ಥಾನ ತನ್ನದಾಗಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಸಾಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಮೆಚ್ಚಿ ಕೊರ್ಪುಸ್ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತಿ ದೇವಾಲಯ, ಮೂಡುಬಿದ್ರಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯ ಧರ್ಮಗುರು ಫಾ. ಒನಿಲ್ ಡಿ’ಸೋಜರವರು ರಿಶಲ್ ಫೆರ್ನಾಡಿಸ್‍ರವರನ್ನು ಶಾಲು ಹೊದಿಸಿ ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದರು. ಅತಿಥಿ ಧರ್ಮಗುರು ಫಾ. ಅನಿಲ್ ಆಫ್ರೆಡ್ ಡಿ’ಸೋಜರವರು ಹೂಗುಚ್ಚ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಫಾ. ಒನಿಲ್‍ರವರು ನೆರೆದ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ರಿಶೆಲ್ ಇವರಿಂದ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ ಪಡೆದು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಹೊರತಾಗಿ ಯೋಚಿಸಿ ಇತರ ವಿಶಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸಕ್ತಿವಹಿಸಿ ಸಾಧನೆ ತೋರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಹೆತ್ತವರು ಮತ್ತು ಹಿರಿಯರು ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲನ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಉಪಾಢ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಜಾನ್ ಮಿನೇಜಸ್; ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶ್ರೀ ರೊನಾಲ್ಡ್ ಸೆರಾವೊ; ರಿಶಲ್ ಇವರ ತಂದೆ ಶ್ರೀ ರೊನಾಲ್ಡ್ ಫೆರ್ನಾಂಡಿಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ನೂರಾರು ಜನರು ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು.
