Novena of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary (1st Day)

Sunday  30th AUGUST 2015 : 1st Day of Novena

The 9 days  Novena in preparation for the Nativity Feast of the Blessed Virgin Mary started  on Sunday, 30th August, at the Corpus Christi Church –Moodbidri with the Morning Mass at 7.30 a.m. as it was Sunday.  Many children came with flowers in plates and buckets with parents & parishioners to honour Mary.

Today’s Special Intention : To pray for “Families”

After the mass “flower showering ceremony” took place on the church ground followed by Novena Prayer.  Sweets were distributed to all present for the novena.
